Acceptance and relationship

            By registering as a vendor, accepting these terms electronically or submitting a product for
            publication, you agree to this Vendor Agreement and the Marketplace Terms. You act as an independent
            business and not as an employee, partner or agent of Triora Living. You have no authority to bind Triora
            Living or make promises on its behalf.

Commercial terms

            Subscription, commission, promotional, settlement or other commercial terms, if applicable, will be
            shown only in the vendor login area or a separate written agreement. No fee or commission applies unless
            the relevant term has been presented and accepted. A separate Managed Sale agreement may appoint Triora
            Living as customer-facing seller for identified products; if it conflicts with this Agreement on an
            agreed commercial issue, the separate written agreement controls for that issue.

Eligibility, verification and account security

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity and provide accurate identity, business, location and contact information.

Provide documents reasonably requested to verify identity, legal status, bank ownership, licences, product origin, safety or compliance, and keep those records current.

Protect account credentials, control authorised users and notify CeylonHandicrafts.lk promptly of suspected compromise.

Verification is a risk-control measure and is not a public guarantee or endorsement of every vendor statement or product.

Seller responsibility

            When your product is labelled “Listed by [Vendor Name]”, you are the seller of record. You
            must directly agree and perform the sale, collect payment through lawful methods, issue any required
            invoice or receipt, account for taxes, arrange delivery, honour warranties and handle cancellations,
            returns, refunds, complaints and product-safety issues. You must provide the customer with your
            applicable terms before payment.

Listing standards

Use accurate, legible and non-misleading titles, descriptions, images and claims. Do not omit information that would materially affect a buying decision.

              State the actual price, currency, quantity, dimensions, materials, origin, availability, production
              time, delivery charge or method, return and warranty terms, care instructions and safety warnings.

              Clearly distinguish handmade, hand-finished, artisan-designed, vintage and mass-produced products. Do
              not claim that an item is handmade or Sri Lankan in origin without a reasonable basis.

              Use photographs and other content you own or are authorised to use. Images must show the actual item
              or an accurately representative variation. Disclose illustrative or digitally generated images.

Maintain accurate stock and lead times. Correct or pause a listing promptly when information changes.

Retain reasonable evidence supporting origin, materials, claims, licences, testing and permissions and provide it when legitimately requested.

Prices, offers and customer communications

            The price quoted must match the published price unless the customer requests documented customisation
            or a clearly disclosed variable cost applies. State the complete amount, including delivery and other
            mandatory charges, before agreement. Offers must clearly state their period, stock limit and conditions.
            Communicate honestly and within a reasonable time. Do not pressure, harass or deceive customers, or send
            marketing without the required permission and an easy opt-out.

Orders, payments and fulfilment

Confirm the item, customer details, total price, payment status, estimated completion and delivery or collection arrangement in a durable message or record.

              Use only accounts and payment methods you are lawfully entitled to use. Never request full card
              details, passwords, PINs or one-time codes through chat, email, telephone or a Platform form.

Package products safely, use a reliable delivery method, provide tracking where available and communicate material delays promptly.

Do not mark an item dispatched or delivered unless that statement is accurate. Preserve appropriate order, payment, dispatch, return and complaint records.

Returns, warranties and complaints

            Publish fair cancellation, return and warranty terms and comply with them and applicable law. A
            “no returns” or “sold as is” statement cannot remove a non-excludable remedy for
            a dangerous, defective, materially misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant product. Respond promptly to
            customers and reasonable Platform enquiries, preserve evidence and implement an agreed or legally
            required remedy.

Prohibited products

You must not list, promote or sell through the Platform:

illegal, stolen, counterfeit, fraudulent or infringing products;

unsafe, recalled, materially defective or deceptively labelled products;

weapons, explosives, controlled substances or items primarily intended to facilitate harm or unlawful activity;

protected wildlife, plants, timber, antiquities, archaeological or culturally protected material without every required lawful authorisation;

regulated food, beverages, cosmetics, medicines, health products, electrical goods, children's products or chemicals without required approvals, labelling, warnings and safe handling;

products made using forced labour, child exploitation or unlawful discrimination;

mass-produced or imported goods falsely described as handmade, artisan-made or Sri Lankan in origin;

pornographic, hateful or unlawfully discriminatory content; or

any product that reasonably presents an unacceptable legal, safety, authenticity or Platform-integrity risk.

Product safety, traceability and recalls

            You are responsible for ensuring products are lawful and reasonably safe for intended and foreseeable
            use. Disclose material hazards, ingredients, allergens, sharp edges, choking risks, flammability, weight
            limits, care requirements, age suitability and other information needed for safe use. Maintain records
            sufficient to identify the maker or source, relevant materials or batches, dates, affected products and
            customers where lawful and necessary.

Stop accepting new orders and make an affected product unavailable.

Notify CeylonHandicrafts.lk immediately of a serious incident, credible safety concern, regulator contact or recall.

Assess the risk and obtain competent technical or legal advice where appropriate.

Inform affected customers and authorities when required and provide clear non-use, return, repair, replacement, refund or disposal instructions.

Preserve incident records, cooperate with Platform action and confirm completion of corrective steps.

Customer data and confidentiality

            Use Platform-originated customer personal data only to respond to the enquiry, complete the agreed
            transaction, provide after-sales service, prevent fraud and retain records required by law. Protect the
            data, limit access, do not sell it, do not use it for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis and do
            not disclose it unnecessarily. Notify Triora Living promptly of a suspected breach involving
            Platform-originated data and cooperate with investigation and legally required notifications.

Vendor content and intellectual property

            You retain ownership of authorised vendor content and grant Triora Living a non-exclusive, worldwide,
            royalty-free licence, for the duration of the vendor relationship and a reasonable archival period, to
            host, reproduce, resize, adapt for format, display, distribute and promote that content for operating
            and marketing CeylonHandicrafts.lk. You warrant that you have the rights needed to grant this licence.
            Displaying a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying craft design to Triora Living.

Reviews, fair dealing, compliance and taxes

            Do not submit or arrange false reviews, suppress legitimate negative feedback, condition service on
            removing a review or provide an undisclosed incentive. Comply with applicable consumer, product-safety,
            intellectual-property, advertising, data-protection, tax, import, export and sector-specific
            requirements. Obtain required registrations, licences and permits and remain responsible for your own
            taxes unless a written agreement expressly allocates a specific obligation to Triora Living.

Monitoring, suspension and removal

            We may request corrections or evidence, moderate formatting, limit visibility, remove products, delay
            publication, warn users or suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary for safety, legality,
            accuracy, complaints or Platform integrity. Urgent action may be taken without prior notice. Where
            appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Responsibility and indemnity

            You remain responsible for your Vendor-Listed Products and transactions. To the extent permitted by law,
            you must indemnify Triora Living against third-party claims, penalties, losses and reasonable costs
            arising from your unlawful or unsafe product, misleading listing, infringement, misuse of customer data,
            tax or regulatory breach or failure to perform a vendor sale, except to the extent caused by Triora
            Living's own breach or wrongdoing.

Ending the relationship

            Either party may end the vendor relationship subject to an applicable separate written agreement. You
            must complete or lawfully resolve outstanding orders, refunds, complaints, safety actions and data
            obligations. Triora Living may retain records where reasonably required for law, safety, fraud
            prevention, disputes and governance. Provisions intended to survive termination continue to apply.

Changes, governing law and acceptance record

            We may update this Agreement prospectively and will display the effective date. Material changes may
            require renewed electronic acceptance. This Agreement is governed by Sri Lankan law and disputes are
            subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka. The Platform may retain the accepted
            version, date, time and account identifier as evidence of acceptance.
